Community Guidelines

The standards that shape how guests engage within the Aussiplay lounge.

Respectful Use

All guests at Aussiplay are expected to engage with the lounge and its community features in a way that is courteous, measured, and considerate of others. This is an adult space — we expect adult conduct.

Disrespectful language, personal attacks, harassment, or intimidating behaviour directed at other guests or at the platform itself will result in removal from community spaces without notice.

Fair Access

Aussiplay is open to all adults who meet the 18+ age requirement. We do not restrict access based on nationality, background, or playing style. We do ask that guests do not attempt to circumvent the age confirmation process or access the lounge on behalf of someone who does not meet the age requirement.

No Misrepresentation

Guests must not make misleading claims about the nature of Aussiplay to other users or in public settings. Specifically:

  • Do not represent virtual coins as having financial value
  • Do not suggest that Aussiplay offers real-money gambling or prizes
  • Do not claim that the platform has investment or financial utility of any kind
  • Do not promote the platform in a way that misrepresents its entertainment-only nature

No Abuse of Platform Systems

Guests are not permitted to attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the lounge, including the virtual coin system. The coin system is maintained for entertainment purposes only, and any attempt to abuse it will result in session removal.

No Real-Money Expectations

Aussiplay does not and will never offer real-money outcomes. Guests who enter the lounge with expectations of financial gain are misunderstanding the platform's purpose. Virtual coins, virtual achievements, and virtual milestones are entertainment constructs only.

Responsible Session Habits

We encourage all guests to approach their sessions with a healthy mindset. This means:

  • Setting a comfortable time limit before beginning a session
  • Taking regular breaks between sessions
  • Not using the lounge as an emotional coping mechanism
  • Recognising if sessions are becoming habitual rather than recreational

Our Responsible Entertainment page contains further guidance and external support resources.

Reporting Issues

If you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines, a technical issue, or content within the lounge that concerns you, please contact us at [email protected]. Include a clear description of the concern. All reports are reviewed and taken seriously.
