Answers to the most common questions about the Aussiplay lounge experience.

Account Access & Age Gate

Aussiplay does not require account registration. Your session begins after a simple age confirmation. If the age confirmation screen appears on every visit, your browser may be clearing localStorage between sessions. Check your browser privacy settings and ensure "Clear on exit" is not enabled.

If the age gate does not respond when you check the confirmation box, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, try a different browser or disable browser extensions that may interfere with JavaScript.

Virtual Coins

Your virtual coin balance is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. Coins are credited automatically when you first visit and replenished daily thereafter. There is no manual way to add coins and no ability to purchase them — they are provided entirely free of charge.

Important: Virtual coins have no monetary value. They cannot be cashed out, transferred, gifted, or exchanged for anything of real-world value. They exist solely to enable gameplay sessions within the lounge.

If your coin balance appears lower than expected, it may be because you cleared your browser data, used a different browser or device, or played in private/incognito mode (which does not persist localStorage).

Game Loading Issues

If a game room fails to load or displays incorrectly, please try the following steps in order:

  • Refresh the page using Ctrl+R (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac)
  • Clear your browser cache and reload
  • Disable browser extensions, particularly ad blockers, which can sometimes interfere with JavaScript execution
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari are all supported)
  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings

Mobile Play

Aussiplay is fully responsive and accessible on smartphones and tablets. The game rooms adapt automatically to your screen size. If you experience layout issues on mobile, ensure your browser is up to date and that you are not using a browser that restricts JavaScript or localStorage (some privacy-focused mobile browsers may limit this).

Privacy Questions

We collect minimal data. Session progress and coin balances are stored locally in your browser — not on our servers. We do not require personal information such as name, email address, or payment details.
